Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Kingsley, 46 was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and placed on the company's Board of Directors in March, 2005, having served as Chief Operating Officer since 2004. In April 2006, he was named Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining IDEX, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible operating positions at Danaher Corporation. Kingsley, serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cooper Industries and the Board of Trustees at the Museum of Science and Industry.
Dominic A. Romeo12
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Romeo, 49 joined IDEX in January 2004. He previously served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell Aerospace. Prior to Honeywell, Romeo served as Vice President, Finance AAR Trading, an aircraft and parts aftermarket and trading organization; in financial planning and analysis with GE Aircraft Engines. He spent 6 years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouse.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Gerald (Jerry) F. Carter
Vice President, Tax and International Finance
Carter, 45 was appointed to his current position in April 2006, having served as Director of Worldwide Tax and Assistant Treasurer since April 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Carter served as Director of Worldwide Tax and Assistant Treasurer for BorgWarner Inc. Prior to BorgWarner, he was Vice President of Tax with Jones Lang LaSalle. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG.
Kevin G. Hostetler2
Vice President, Group Executive and President Energy and Water Segments and IDEX Asia
Hostetler (41) joined IDEX in July 2005 as President of the Liquid Controls Group. Prior to IDEX, Kevin spent seven years at IngersollRand, where he was General Manager, Assembly Solutions and, prior to that, General Manager of Industrial and Specialty Solutions Business Units. He also served as Director of Marketing, Strategy and Global Business Development for the company's Productivity Solutions Division. Prior to IngersollRand, Kevin held positions of increasing responsibility with a manufacturing and operations consulting firm, Parent, Randolph, Orlando, Carey & Associates, as well as operations leadership roles for Comfort DesignsFurniture Manufacturers, Inc. and Acton Technologies. He began his career with the National Security Agency (NSA).
Divakar (Dave) Kamath
Chief Information Officer
Kamath, 59, joined IDEX in January of 2004. Prior to joining IDEX, Kamath was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at IMC Global Inc., (now merged with Cargill and renamed Mosaic), a global fertilizer manufacturer with annual revenues over $2 billion. Before IMC Global, he served as the VPInformation Services at Sun Source Industrial Services Company and VP Materials/Logistics Planning at one of its major subsidiaries after having progressed through increasingly responsible operational positions. Dave has a Masters Degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering.

McMurray, 58 has led the IDEX Fluid and Metering businesses since January 2004. He also oversees Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Logistics, and EHS. He previously served as Vice PresidentOperational Excellence from September 2000 to January 2006 and as President of Viking Pump from January 1997 through September 2000. Prior to IDEX, he was Vice President and Controller of Titflex Corporation.
Heath A. Mitts1
Vice President, Corporate Finance
Mitts, 38, joined IDEX in September 2005. He is responsible for Corporate Finance, Treasury and Investor Relations. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer's Asia operations, based out of Singapore. Prior to PerkinElmer, Mitts held positions of increasing responsibility with Honeywell Aerospace's Business and General Aviation avionics division.

Morgan, 52, joined IDEX in June 2008. Prior to IDEX he worked for Bally Total Fitness Corporation where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to Bally Fitness he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Bally Entertainment/Manufacturing and as Director of Labor and Employee Relations at Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Frank J. Notaro1
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Notaro, 45, joined IDEX in March 1998. Before that he was a partner in the law firm of Hodgson Russ LLP.
advising public and private companies on a broad range of legal and business issues, including securities law and federal tax matters, and acquisition, divestiture, financing and other commercial transactions. Notaro has a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo. Salliotte, 43, joined IDEX in October 2004 from his most recent position as a Vice President with Oxford Investment Group, a private equity firm. Prior to the Oxford Investment Group, Salliotte served as a Group Vice President, Business Development for the fluid and material handling group with SPX Corporation.

Silvernail, 38, joined IDEX in January 2009. He most recently served as Group President at Rexnord Industries. Prior to Rexnord Industries, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible roles at Newell Rubbermaid including Vice President, Business Development, Division President and Group President. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, he worked at Danaher Corporation. He began his career at Fidelity Investments.

Yates, 44, joined IDEX in October 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Mike spent 18 years in public accounting with KPMG and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. During his public accounting career he provided audit services to multinational manufacturing and technology clients, including such clients as Motorola, AM General Corporation, SPSS, Cabot Microelectronics and CCC Information Services.
Mart Verschoor
President, Global Dispensing Group
Verschoor, 46, joined IDEX in August of 2006. Prior to IDEX, Mart spent twelve years at Honeywell, where he was PM, Director, VP of Engineering, VP of Sales, and VP of Six Sigma. Before Honeywell, he served as an Engineer and Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Mart Verschoor began his career as a merchant navy officer at Dammers & vd Heide Shipping in the Netherlands.
