Kingsley, 45, was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer as well as to the company's Board of Directors in March 2005, having served as Chief Operating Officer since 2004. In April 2006, he was named Chairman of the Board. Prior to joining IDEX, he progressed through a series of increasingly responsible operating positions at Danaher Corporation, including Corporate Vice President and Group Executive for the combined industrial controls and sensors businesses; President of the Industrial Controls group; and President, Motion group - Special Purpose Systems. Kingsley is a member of the Board of Directors of Cooper Industries
Dominic A. Romeo1
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Romeo, 48, joined IDEX in January 2004. He previously served as vice president - chief financial officer for Honeywell Aerospace. Prior to Honeywell, Romeo served as vice president - finance for AAR Trading, an aircraft and parts aftermarket and trading organization; in financial planning and analysis with GE Aircraft Engines; and in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Gerald (Jerry) F. Carter
Vice President, Tax and International Finance
Carter, 44, was appointed to his current position in April 2006, having served as director of worldwide tax and assistant treasurer since April 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Carter served as director of worldwide tax and assistant treasurer for BorgWarner Inc. Prior to BorgWarner, he was vice president of tax with Jones Lang LaSalle. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG.
Divakar (Dave) Kamath
Chief Information Officer
Kamath, 58, joined IDEX in January of 2004. Prior to joining IDEX, Kamath was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at IMC Global Inc, a global manufacturer with annual revenues over $2 billion. Before IMC Global, he served as the VP-IS at SunSource Industrial Services company and VP-Materials/Logistics Planning at one of its subsidiaries after having progressed through increasingly responsible operational positions.
McMurray, 57, has led the IDEX pump and metering businesses since January 2004. He previously served as vice president operational excellence from September 2000 to January 2006 and as president of Viking Pump from January 1997 through September 2000. McMurray has worked with IDEX for a total of 13 years.
Heath A. Mitts1
Vice President, Corporate Finance
Mitts, 37, joined IDEX in September 2005 and is responsible for corporate finance, Treasury and investor relations. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer's Asia operations, based out of Singapore. Prior to PerkinElmer, Mitts served as Director of Finance for Honeywell Aerospace's Business & General Aviation avionics division.
Harold Morgan1
Vice President, Global Human Resources
Morgan, 51, joined IDEX in June, 2008. Prior to IDEX, Morgan worked for Bally Total Fitness Corporation where he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He has over twenty eight years of increasingly responsible positions in human resources with Bally Total Fitness, Bally Entertainment Corporation, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Morgan has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labor Economics from Cornell University.

Notaro, 44, joined IDEX in March 1998. Before that, he was a partner in the law firm Hodgson Russ LLP
Daniel J. Salliotte1
Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
Salliotte, 42, joined IDEX in October 2004 from his most recent position as a vice president with Oxford Investment Group, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to the Oxford Investment Group, Salliotte served as a group vice president, business development for the fluid & material handling group within SPX Corporation.
Michael J. Yates1
Vice President, Controller
Yates, 43, joined IDEX in October 2005. Prior to joining IDEX, Mike spent 18 years in public accounting with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. During his public accounting career he provided audit services to multinational manufacturing and technology clients, including such clients as Motorola, AM General Corporation, SPSS, Cabot Microelectronics and CCC Information Services.
